The Pen Addict

June 29, 2015

I would not expect Mr. MacSparky to be closet pen addict.

The Finer Point

June 29, 2015

Great review. I think all the Nock.co products are very interesting, and the one product I own is fantastic. The good thing about Nock.co is that you know their paper products will work with the pens we love.

The Brooks Review

June 25, 2015

Ben Brooks:

Even with the MacBook Air the iPad has a clear size/weight advantage. But with the MacBook that advantage is just not there. Not when you factor in the MacBook has a built in stand (the monitor sits up on it’s own) and keyboard.

I thought when Apple released it, and I still think that the new MacBook is a “iPad Pro” for people that want or need OS X or people that need some kind of like an iPad with a proper keyboard. And I think many people, especially writers should consider it as their computer, and those who need more power should consider this as their second computer instead of an iPad.

Our favorite pro writing app for Mac – The Sweet Setup

June 24, 2015

Our Favorite Pro Writing App is Ulysses

I agree, Ulysses is great. It have been one of my go to writing apps for a while now(depending on the size of what I’m writing). You have more or less everything you need in the Mac App, and it syncs with the iPad counterpart when you need something very portable.

It looks better than Scrivener, and have replaced everything I used to use it for.

Manton Reece

Manton Reece:

The next great social platform can’t be yet another centralized system. It has to be more distributed and more open even than App.net. It has to focus on writing and bloggers and embrace what is good about the web. Ello doesn’t do any of these things.

I agree.
